RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At CarVault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at carvaultau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at carvaultau@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
