These Terms of Service apply to all customers who visit or make a purchase from CarVault (comforthomeau.myshopify.com). CarVault is operated by an individual based in New South Wales, Australia.
2. Products
CarVault sells automotive accessories and comfort products sourced from trusted suppliers. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are completely error-free.
Product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. CarVault reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. CarVault reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee that the item is in stock. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or suitable alternative.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. CarVault does not store your payment details.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery to Australian addresses is free of charge. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. CarVault is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CarVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

All content on the CarVault website including images, logos, text, and branding is the property of CarVault and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Privacy
