Thank you for shopping with CarVault. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
CarVault offers free standard shipping on all orders to Australian addresses. There are no hidden fees or surcharges at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. CarVault is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address please contact us immediately at carvaultau@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch please contact us at carvaultau@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. CarVault is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us at carvaultau@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International Shipping
At this time CarVault only ships to addresses within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
